Custom Home Builder and Concrete Contractor, Ignacio Ruiz Sr [well known] as “Nacho”, began his journey in the world of construction in 1969. After having worked for other concrete contractors, gaining experience, and along with support from other, in 1977, Nacho started his own business. He had a vision and made that come true after building his first, personal home in Speegleville in 1984. Thereafter, he built two more homes for his own family and dwelling. In 1999, Nacho expanded his business and completed his very first Commercial Job, “The Waco ISD Stadium”. This stadium is still in use today by Waco ISD. Since then, he has completed an extensive amount of other commercial jobs in Waco and throughout the State of Texas. Despite the in trade in commercial construction, Nacho continued to work on local, residential construction. In 2017, Nacho decided once again to build homes. This time not for his family, but for other families to enjoy.
Since, he has built 2 Spec homes (Waco) even remodeled houses for resell. Here are a few other examples of homes Nacho has built to date: Corner of Crye and Old Robinson Road. -N 27th St, in Waco -201 Fox Run -205 Fox Run (Fox Run Subdivision) off HWY 77.
Nacho continues to work in concrete construction. However, one of his most recent projects involves the custom homes on Egan Lane, Waco, TX and 13 Waterview Lane.
